He served as co-chief of staff for Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings, overseeing government relations, speech writing, media relations, and numerous policy initiatives. He has also served in senior posts for the Dallas Regional Chamber, Downtown Dallas, Inc., and Baylor Scott & White Health.
Scott is a 2022 Dallas Business Journal “40 Under 40” honoree and a former award-winning reporter at The Dallas Morning News from 2006-14. His journalism was featured on numerous national programs and networks, including Dateline NBC, CNN, MSNBC, and National Public Radio. D Magazine recently named his Sunday email newsletter, “Meetings of Interest,” the Best News Outlet in Dallas.

and PepsiCo-FritoLay.
Sam specializes in employee culture, change management, internal communications and branding, leadership coaching, team facilitation, and personality assessments. She holds two globally-recognized change management certifications, as well as an executive coaching designation from the Leadership Circle Profile. Among her current clients, she advises on communications strategy for multiple Dallas area female CEOs.
Vana Hammond

GoldHam Managing Partner, launched her career as a Dallas Police officer in 2004 before serving as a Dallas city attorney.
She served as co-chief of staff under Mayor Rawlings, overseeing community relations and the mayor’s signature GrowSouth initiative. In addition to her 20 years of legal and government experience, she is an experienced event producer who has hosted dignitaries including then-President Obama, former President George W. Bush, and then-Vice President Joe Biden.
In addition to her role with The GoldHam Group, s he currently serves as senior legal counsel for AT&T and has received various awards and honors including Dallas Business Journal 2021 “40 Under 40” honoree.
